Imperial Valley Business Resource Center (IVBRC) offers a complete roadmap to business success and development for startups, entrepreneurs and small to medium sized businesses.

Our Programs

Imperial Regional Alliance, Inc. (IRA) is the host of several initiatives and programs that serve the Imperial Valley. In 2020, IRA launched the Imperial Valley Business Resource Center (IVBRC) as a complete roadmap to business success. IVBRC now offers technical assistance and referral services to private and public programs and resources based on each client’s needs.

IVBRC offers tailored technical assistance in areas of site selection, access to capital, international trade, government contracting, and more at no cost.

Referral Services

IVBRC offers targeted referral services for small to medium sized businesses at no cost.

Home Loans

We offer an expedited application process for USDA 502 Direct Loans, an affordable home loan program.

Business Loans

Apply for a micro-loan through our office. We accept startups and businesses the bank doesn't.

Workforce Programs

Learn more about business and community resources available locally, statewide and federally.

In the Community

Since established in 2011, Imperial Regional Alliance has worked to improve the quality of life for low to moderate income residents in Imperial County by bringing education, workforce training, employment and financial opportunities.
